I have played soccer for over 14 years and held 2 coaching positions. I have played on numerous premier and travel teams, and I am
currently training myself to try out for a semi-pro team. I have also reached the rank of Black Belt in Tang Soo Do. Which has taught me respect, dedication, and has made me a stronger person.
Right now I am currently training in Krav-Magra. Which is an Israeli special forces self defense. So, I love to constantly put myself through new experiences to further my
knowledge!
A Nationally Certified Personal Trainer:
I am certified through NASM or National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). It is a gold standard certification that is highly recognized by everyone in the fitness
industry.I am also certified through the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) as a Fitness Nutrition Coach. I hold a CPR, AED, and First Aid Certifications. I am also
actively increasing my knowledge everyday. I attend fitness seminars as well as new certification classes. I do this to make sure I can always offer you the best!

Intro:
My love for helping people has always lead me to work in the service field. First as a CNA and now as a dedicated personal trainer. I have a passion for fitness
and health and for guiding others in improving their lifestyles through better health and diets.
Experience:
Certified Personal trainer and sports nutritionist with NFPT (National Federation of Personal Trainers). For the past several years I have done both individual and group
training. Classes I have taught in the past include: cardio kick boxing, plyometrics, ab sculpting, medicine ball training, step aerobics, fast pace boot camp, and custom training routines. Currently
I am the class instructor for the Jungle Gym XT Suspension Straps. Don’t let their appearance intimidate you. If my mother can do it, so can you! However, intensity level varies by
class.

I specialize in the XT Suspension Straps and personally designed routines for one on one training best suited for you as an individual. Through coaching, nutrition
counseling, focusing on your goals and hard work, you too can achieve the results that others before you have. I will work to motivate and energize you by making the workout more enjoyable and
diverse.
When am I available?
Boot Camp XT Suspension Classes are scheduled to your convenience with early morning, late afternoon, and evening classes. I am also available for one on one training
